Abstract
As a new mode of business operation,e- commerce has changed the connotation and extension of the logistics industry. However,the phenomenon of return process caused by virtual electronic commerce occurs occasionally,which highlights the economic value of the reverse logistics. On the basis of the theoretical research,this paper studies the reverse logistics of XM company,compares its influence and existing problems,and puts forward the relevant strategies in order to realize the management of the reverse logistics in the e- commerce environment.
