Abstract

Levulinic acid was extracted from rice husk by technology of catalyzed hydrolysis of diluted acid regulation.By experimental design method of Box-Behnken,reaction temperature, sulfuric acid concentration, liquid to solid ratio and reaction time were confirmed as the four main factors which have impact on yield of levulinic acid.27 experiments were taken under three levels.Model of quadratic equation was established, namely R2=0.986 1,which showed preferable fitting degree.Hydrolysis conditions were further analyzed, optimized and confirmed by method of Response Surface ∶ 227 ℃ of temperature,3.9% of sulfuric acid concentration,16 of liquid to solid ratio and 32 minute of reaction time.Under optimized conditions, yield of levulinic acid is 38.426%,which is near to the value by estimation of the model.
