Abstract
A method had been developed for the residue quantifications of imidacloprid in kiwifruit using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The residues were ultrasonic extracted by acetonitrile, followed by purification on the forisil silica and activated-carbon-mixed column, finally determined by HPLC-UV.The results showed that recovery rate ranged from 87.18% to 109.3% at 0.1~5.0 mg/kg fortification level. This method was also highly precise with a relative standard deviation(RSD) of 1.14% ~ 4.87%.The method detection limit(MDL) was 0.010 mg/kg and proved to be simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible, therefore applicable for the determination of imidacloprid residue in kiwifruit.
