Exploration on Construction of New Countryside in Rural Reform and Development Comprehensive Experiment Zone in Xinyang Municipality of Henan Province and Its Inspiration

Three Rural issues(issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers) is the fundamental problem of China's modernization.The resolution of issue should be achieved through comprehensive reforms in rural areas.In order to promote the three coordinated development in Xinyang municipality,a rural reform and development comprehensive experiment zone of Henan province,and speed up the construction of Central Plain Economic Zone,some bold attempt and innovation were carried out around the problems such as land circulation,financial innovation,social services,social security in rural area,the integration of urban and rural area.They will provide some experiences and reference for resolving the issues and exploring the way of construction of new countryside.
