Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical features of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly patients.Merhods:To retrospectively analyse the clinical features of 112 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis including clinical manifestation,laboratory examination,chest imaging and PPD test.Results:Cough(83%),sputum production(80%) and chestpain(60%),were the most common chief complaints.Poisoning symptom was fewest.Most of mixed symptom or complication were accompanied in aged patients.Imagings were non-specific.The diagnosis rate could be increased by bronchofibroscope.Condusion:The symptoms are non-specific in elderly patients.The early diagnosis is diffcult.The knowledge of aged pulmonary tuberculosis should be improved.
