The Current Situation of Public Physical Education in the Third-rate Colleges and Universities in Henan Province and its Improvement Strategies

At present,the enrollment of the third-rate colleges and universities increases year by year,while the physical resources increase speed is relative lag,which caused a lot of inconvenience for the public sports teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the personnel system conducive to the development of the physical education teachers,set up the scientific and reasonable sports equipment system,and build the insurance system of university physical sports to develop sports teaching in the third-rate colleges and universities.
