Empirical Analysis on the Production-Teaching-Research Cooperation Education Model of Local Colleges and Universities in Guangdong

Abstract

Production-teaching-research cooperation education is essentially a personnel training model.As a dynamic integration which combines knowledge education in classroom and practice education in business,production-teaching-research cooperation education aims to cultivate and elevate students' proficiency,employability and comprehensive quality by making full use of many different educational environments and resources in schools and enterprises.Taking 10 local undergraduate colleges and universities in Guangdong for examples,with empirical research method the thesis analyzes their production-teaching-research cooperation education models and proposes the related development strategy in order to inspire other colleges and universities.
