On the Limited Government and Its Political Authority

After the exploration into the significance and connotation of the rule of law, the discussion of the political function and its realization of the rule of law should be put on the agenda. The most important political function of the rule of law is rooting out the infinite government, building up the limited government, which is strictly limited by the law on the power, the function and the scale. However, as a developing country, in the process of developing the modern rule of law, the Chinese government’s political authority is essential. So it’s necessary to combine the creation of limited government and the promotion of political authority of government together organically through system design or innovation.
