Acupoint Injection plus Massage in Treating 40 Cases of Shoulder Periarthritis

Abstract

Objective To seek an effective method for shoulder periarthritis, 80 subjects were equally randomized into two groups and respectively treated with acupoint injection plus massage and simple massage. Results: The total effective rate was 95% in treatment group and 85% in control group, P 0.05; the cure rates were 60% and 37% respectively, P 0.05. It is showed that acupoint injection plus massage is effective for shoulder periarthritis.
