Abstract
It is essential to control constant temperature of diffuse gas effectively during solar panel PN knot production process.A precision thermostat bath is designed.The control core of thermostat bath is SIMATC S7-200.The hardware component and software achieving of thermostat bath are introduced.Hardware is composed of touch screen,PLC,heating equipment,refrigeration plant,sensor and signal conditioning board.Fuzzy-PID control algorithm is adopted in the temperature control unit,which has excellent flexibility,high control precision and control stability.The results of experiment show that adopting the fuzzy-PID control algorithm can attain aim of trough temperature stable.The accuracy of designed thermostat bath achieves 0.1 ℃ when it works.
