Abstract
Using leaf-used lettuce as material, the changes of the chlorophyll content,MDA content,water-loss rate and rotting rate during storage under different conditions were studied, and the effects of storage were observed. The results showed that lower temperatures coupled suitable package can effectively prolong the storage life and improve the effect of fresh-keeping of leaf-used lettuce.
