Abstract

As the main source of information on teaching and scientific researching,archives of universities journals have great amount of valuable data.To promote the estblishment and utilization of the resources will help create a certain social benefits by realization of resource-sharing.It will be an inevitable trend that paper archives develop side by side with electronic archives .
