The paper discusses the development of Confucianism,Buddhism,and Taoism in later Beiwei Dynasty and its effect on literature.Thanks to the effort of Emperor Xiaowen,Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism in later Beiwei Dynasty have developed in a more perfect and harmonious way.Influenced by the three religions,the literature in later Beiwei paid more attention to its social function,rhetorical devices,and writing forms.The writing scope was therefore widened.
