Abstract

The article discussed the harms to groundwater,soil and ecosystem,which were caused by municipal landfill leachate.The theory,effect,and character of various treatment technologies,such as biological,physico-chemical technologies for disposaling landfill leachate were introduced.Generally,landfill leachate can not be treated well only with one method or too costly for treatment.Therefore,combined technologies that biological method based on,physico-chemical process auxiliary were recommended.
