The study of labour market flexicurity in an age of flexibility

Putting forward the flexicurity strategy is coped with the security problems of the flexiblization reform of the labor market.In the labor markets of western countries,the Danish model and the Dutch model are acknowledged the successful models by the international societies.In a perspective of studying the successful model,this paper aimed at providing the flexicurity model selection of our own labor market.
