Abstract
Objective To analyze CT findings of bronchiolalveolar carcinoma(BAC) and atypical adenomatous hyperplasia(AAH).Methods Clinical data and CT findings(shape, margin, inner and adjacent structure) of 40 cases with bronchioloalveolar carcinoma and 19 cases with typical adenomatous hyperplasia were assessed retrospectively. Results The size, internal air bronchogram and sphericity had the most significant difference in differential diagnosis of BAC and AAH(P 0.05).Conclusion Smaller, spherical nodules may be AAH,internal air bronchogram could be BAC.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
