Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the influence of active nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of patients with anorectal operation.METHODS 426 cases after anus operation for mixed hemorrhoids or anal fissure were chosen and divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was nursing with the traditional way and the experimental group were with active nursing intervention,including psychological intervention and operation intervention.The rate of urinary retention and constipation were noted and statistically analyzed.RESULTS Rate of urinary retention and constipation were 5.8% and 11.3% in the experimental group and 29.2% and 31.7% in the control group.Statistics analysis showed that P﹤0.01.CONCLUSION The active nursing intervention can significantly reduce the postoperative complications in patients with anorectal surgery,and play an active role in the recovery of patients.
