Abstract

Objective: To study the value of urine protein and urine microalbumin( mAlb) test in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 135 cases with diabetics and 100 healthy cases in our hospital in 2012 were chosen as observation group and control group, respectively. Urine protein and mAlb of them were tested, analyzed and compared. Results: The masccline rates of urine protein and mAlb in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group( P 0. 05). The contents and masccline rates of cases with urine protein masccline and urine protein negative in observation group had statistically significant differences between each other and also had statistically significant differences compared to those of control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Urine protein and mAlb tests have significant value to early diagnose of diabetic nephropathy.
