A Study on the Monitor and Development of University Students' Physique

With the application of documentation,interview,and logical induction,issues concerning the monitoring and development of university students' physique were explored.A monitoring system on university students' physique as well as a platform for the management and service of web-data on university students' physique was set up.A guiding plan for bodybuilding sports specific to university students was perfected and carried out.Through fully exploiting the advantages of Henan Province in traditional bodybuilding sports,the study aimed at establishing a service platform for the scientific bodybuilding programs of university students,and substantially improving university students' physique,so as to contribute to the construction of national economy and the building of economic zone of Central Plains.
