Abstract
The relationships between the changes of relative water content (RWC),water losing rate (WLR),withered index, plant height, root crown ratio, seed set rate, and drought resistant ability under both normal and drought conditions. The drought resistant ability of every variety was comprehensively analysed by subordinate function. The results were as follows: the correlative relationships between the physiological and ecological indexes and drought resistance of the varieties was in such order: root shoot ratiowithered indexWLRWRCseed set rateplant height. The comprehensive drought ability of the varieties was in such order: Yuanza 9307Yuanza 9102Yuhua 6Baisha 1016.So it will provide scientific basis for breeding and identification of new peanut varieties of drought resistance.
