Abstract
Three-Dimensional micro machinery is made be means of the technology of direct laser sintering of metal powers. Based on our sintering experience, the advantages and disadvantages of sintering process with different kinds of lasers are analyzed, and the influence of various technical parameters, including the power density of the laser, the scanning speed, the distance away from the focus ,on the sintering precision are summarized. The SEM micrographs of some sintering swatches and the integration of multi-materials are presented. The propose of making micron-scale three-dimensional machinery by electronic jet sintering of submicron powders is also put forward.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
