Abstract
120 female mice were randomly divided into 3 groups and infected with 18 Schistosoma japonicum cercarias.41 days post-infection,group Ⅰand Ⅱ and were given divaricoside and praziquantel separately. Then liver granuloma in mice was observed. The results showed that group Ⅰand Ⅱ were reduced obviously on the average diameter of liver granuloma and amounts of eosinophilic granulocyte, which indicated divaricoside and praziquantel could obviously inhibit the development of granuloma induced by Schistosoma japonicum eggs in mice.
