Abstract
Fat soluble tea pigment was extracted from low-grade green tea powder as raw materials, which was soluble in organic solvents.Solution extraction method was adopted, five kinds of organic solvent were chose as extraction agents, such as absolute alcohol, ethyl acetate,ethyl-ether,chloroform and carbon tetrachloride, and the absorbance from visible spectrophotometer measure absorbency was compared with the extraction effect. As a result, chloroform extraction had the best effect.Based on the chloroform, respectively adopt different time and temperature and ratio of solid to liquid were chose to extract. The results showed that chloroform as extraction agents, under 45 ℃,for 30 min,and the ratio of solid to liquid for 1 g:15 mL,it had the best extraction effect.
