Abstract

In this paper,the electric vector potential is introduced to describe the electric field in the region where electric charge density vanishes,and the physical meaning of the electric vector potential is analyzed.The differential equations of the electric vector potential are obtained,furthermore the self-consistent among the electric vector potential,electric displacement vector and magnetic vector potential is proved.
