Consideration of Property Rights of the West and Its Methodology

Based on the economic school of the new system of the west,they try to make use of system individualism to negate the possisility of the existence of rights and system of rights on the basis of single public ownership system of China.From defining the rights and the theory of system in the West,we investigate the history of changes of rights' system in the Western school of rights,analyse the relation between owner ship and property rights,and then analyse the course of rights' system in China and make an emphasis:only individual exists first,will it be possible to produce a society in which all individuals are united and individual is the final goal of social existence and development.Under the authentic evidence of historical practice,the society with diversity instead of monoteny,with variety and mutual relation instead of uniform and strict hierarchy,is nearly an Utlopia.
