Research on the Species and Characteristics of Plant Resource in Laoshan Reserve of Jingxiu

The flora of Laoshan Reserve of Jinxiu consisted of 1497 species,711 genera of 196 families,of which,94 were fern species,belonging to 52 genera,29 families;12 were gymnosperm species,belonging to 7 genera and 6 families,and 1391 angiosperm species,belonging to 652 genera of 161 families.Among them,10 species were national key protected plant;616,medicinal plant,180,timber plant;70,ornamental plant;100,fruit plant;95,fiber plant;64,starch plant;99,oil-bearing plant;87,aromatic plant;94,tannic plant;13,dyestuff plant;55,fodder plant and 60,other plants.Base on the analysis of the characteristics of the plant resources,some suggestions about their utilization and conservation were put forward.
