the Road of the County Economy Development which can Overall Plan the Relationship between Urban and Rural Areas Concurrently Taking HeiLongjiang Province as an Example for Analysis

With the selections of implementating the overall planning of urban and rural areas,on the basis of the county economy development,establishing the related developing mechanism between county economy and the overall planning of urban and rural areas is a comparatively practical path.This is because county economy has a very close relation with the overall planning of urban and rural areas,furthermore,it is also easy to establish the mechanism of harmonizing the urban and the rural areas which is based on the county economy.Therefore,this paper on the basis of the relationship between the overall planning of urban and rural areas and county economy,taking HeiLongjiang Province as an example,analyses the possibility of the county economy in overall planning the relationship between urban and rural areas.At the same time,it also explores the corresponding development mechanism.
