Economy Growth Effect of Financial Expenditure in Hebei Province

The influence of expenditure on economy growth is changing.To investigate the effect of expenditure in Hebei Province,the paper estimates the expenditure flexibility by state space model and analyzing the date of 1978~2011 fiscal year expenditures and GDP time-series,which indicates the changes of effect of expenditure on economy growth.
