Abstract

The factors that can effect the production of laccase were studied in this work.P.chrysosporium can not product obviouly laccase in static conditions whether flushed with 100% oxygen or not.It also does not produce laccase in solid and semi-solid conditions.Low level of laccase were detected with shaking(118 r/min),30 ℃,6 days.Laccase production was not efficiently increased under all the conditions studied. With such a low activity, laccase can not play an important role in delignification by P.chrysosporium.
