Discussion on Cultivating and Improving Comprehensive Quality of Medical Graduate Students

Nowadays, with the rapid development of medical and health services in the environment, in order to let our country 's medical level be able to enter the world's advanced level, we will continue to improve the medical graduate students comprehensive quality re-quirements in the future.However, in recent years due to the expansion of postgraduate enrollment scale, this result in the quality of post-graduate uneven, some good and some bad, and it directly affects the development of the medical science of our country. This paper dis-cusses how to improve the comprehensive quality of students in medical research, from four aspects: to strengthen the medical research of physical and mental quality of students, to improve the innovative ability of medical graduates, to strengthen the training of students ' ability of scientific research for medical research and clinical practice ability. This paper aims at providing the basis for the country to train high-quality medical students to adapt to the new situation of the development in the future, and then better meet the social needs of the high-level medical talents.
