Abstract
Objective To investigate if there is HIP virulent irp-2 gene of Yersinia Yersinia enterocolitica in Enterobacter cloacae isolated from stool samples of infective diarrhea patients in army soldiers of Yunnan Garrison. Methods HIP virulent irp-2 gene of Yersinia Yersinia enterocolitica was determined by PCR and drug resistance test was conducted with K-B diffusion method. Results There irp-2 gene fragments were obtained from 9 strains of Enterobacter cloacae in stool samples of infective diarrhea patients , the relative molecular weight was identical to the fragments amplified from WA strain (08 type)Yersinia Yersinia enterocolitica in control group and showed strong virulence. Conclusion There is HIP virulent irp-2 gene of Yersinia Yersinia enterocolitica in Enterobacter cloacae and it is a strong virulent strain associated with pathogenicity.
