Project Application Study in Management of the New Campus Construction

Abstract

Project is a professional Project Management tools. It can make up for the deficiency of traditional project management method which is applied to large construction projects. In this paper,Project is applied to the Project Management of the new campus construction. From the perspective of the owner of the project management,the dynamic control of schedule and cost goals were introduced in detail,which provided the reference for workers of the new campus construction.
