Abstract
A new kind of silver powders with high specific surface area was prepared by liquid-phase chemical reduction method.Through analyzing testing the change of the specific surface area of these silver powders,the effects of different factors such as PVP dosage,silver concentration,NaCO3 dosage,reaction temperature and parallel flow pressure on the specific surface area of these silver powders in the prepared procedure were studied.the results show that the optimum conditions for the preparation of silver powders with high specific surface area(6-9 m2/g) is that: the content of PVP is 2.0%-2.5%(mass fraction) of the prepared silver powders,the mass concentration of silver is 40-50 g/L,the concentration of the NaCO3 is 35-40 g/L,the reaction temperature is 35-45℃,and the parallel flow pressure is 0.4-0.6 MPa.
