Abstract

The political civilization came side by side with socialist system.The thought of political civilization construction of socialism is further richened and deepened for the building theory of the Two civilization.The political civilization construction of socialism also means the further exploration of how to build democratic politics of socialism in the countries with relatively backward economy and culture,and meanwhile is necessary demand for the development of socialism.
