Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ladd laparoscopic and open surgical in treatment of neonatal intestinal malrotation. Methods The neonatal intestinal malrotation from January 2011 to January 2012 admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group amd observation group, they were given open surgery and ladd la paroscopic surgery respectively, and the operation situation and occurrence of complications in children were compared between two groups. Results The blood loss in the observation group was less than that of the control group, stress time, recovery of bowel function and length of stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group respectively( P 0.05);complication rate of the observation group was 3.45%,was significantly lower than 17.24% of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of ladd laparoscopic in the treatment of neonatal intestinal malrotation is sig nificant, and it has surgical trauma, faster postoperative recovery, safety and has good clinical value.
