Abstract
Due to the large uneven settlement of collapsible bearing layer in foundation ground , the structure wall cracks are found in the 5 - story housing building, so the building became dangerous . The static mini - pile reinforcement is adopted by engineering plan optimization, and favorable effect is gained. In this paper, the principle of static mini - pile underpinning is described and the problems should be noticed in the process of design and construction are discussed, and also some useful conclusions are put forward.
