Resistance of Plutella xylostella L to Five Pesticides in Shenyang

Abstract

Plutella xylostella L resistance to 5 kinds pesticide of Avermectin,Bt,Cypermethrin,Fipronil and Spinosad were surveyed in Shenyang.The results showed that Plutella xylostella L had different levels of resistance to Bt,Abamectin,Fipronil,alpha-cypermethrin and Spinosad.The resistance of Plutella xylostella L to efficient-cypermethrin was the highest and the LC50 was 201.683 μg/mL.The resistance of Plutella xylostella L to Fipronil was the lowest and the LC50 was 0.139 μg/mL.The LC50 of the other pesticides(Bt,Abamectina and Spinosad)were 0.327 μg/mL,6.296 μg/mL and 0.514 μg/mL,respectively.
