On the Relationship between Intellectual Property and Competitive Law

Along with the rapid development of world economics integration, the status of intellectual property rights has been promoted rapidly in modern economy. As the fundamental law of modern market economy, competitive law is maintaining close attention to the intellectual property rights, of its two major constituents, unfair competitive law provides supplement protection with the intellectual property correlated domain; and the antimonopoly law gives limit to the behavior of copyright abusing. Above all, they work together to realize the expanding and limit of competitive law to the intellectual property rights.
