Abstract
Objective: By detecting the change of ET-1,CGRP and MDA concentrations in the striatum of rat after the global ischemia and reperfusion,to study mechanism and the protective role of MT for global ischemia and reperfusion injury. Methods: MT was injected intraperitoneally at 0 h,1 h,2 h,6 h after ischemia(30 min) induced by the occlusion of four arteries,2.5 mg/kg or 10 mg/kg each time, respectively.Researching the changes of ET and CGRP with radioimmunoassey;the changes of MDA concentration 24 hour after reperfusion. Results: At these does,MT could decrease ET expression but increase CGRP expression, decrease the content of MDA at 24 h after global ischemia(30 min)/reperfusion. Conclusion: MT could improve delayed injury of neuron after reperfusion with influence expression of ET and CGRP,decrease the degree of lipids-peroxid,as well as.
