Abstract
Three quality control stages by supervision engineer in engineering construction supervision are introduced.Based upon introduction of the concept of design quality the supervision in design stage is mainly discussed,at the same time corresponding measures are proposed,in order to realize effective control to design and provide good service for owners and engineering construction.
