Abstract

Marine oil pollution by ship is an important pollution source in marine environment.It will not only cause substantial material damage to our country and people,but also cause great harm to marine environment and natural resources.The paper discusses the harm of oil pollution to marine environment,management and technical equipment in prevention of oil pollution by ship.That is important for protection of marine environment.
