Abstract

In the 21st century,corporation occurs frequently and seems to be growing in scale.However,many cases of corporation merger are thought to be good before they take place,but the result is the other way round.The essential causes are that people are used to focusing their attention to the corporation hardware and neglecting the difference in corporation software,or corporation culture.This paper analyzes the influences of the difference in corporation culture on corporation merger and,based on that,offers some suggestions to elude such differences.
