Building Digital Library to Make Integrated Development of the City and Countryside

This article analyzes the current problems of the integrated plan of the city and countryside,such as typical urban-rural dual structure and the unbalanced development of the city and countryside,pointing out that the biggest barrier between the city and countryside is the distinct information gap.In this article,after thoroughly analysis of the problems and the feasibility to build library in rural area under the circumstance of integrated plan of the city and countryside,the author puts forward to setting up digital library to bridge the Information Gap,which can help to make integrated development of the city and countryside.
