Abstract

The Fourth plenary session of the 17th Party Central Committee has taken the new rural construction as the keystone of all tasks and led the society resources to the rural area.University should play important role in this project with the advantage of resources.Aim at the misconstrue,this paper analyzed the significance and necessity of university libraries' service for new rural construction,hence,indicated the tendency and supported feasible solution based on mobile internet.
