The Strategic Resurvey of Chinese Territorial Sovereignty Security

This paper attempts to re-examine the status quo of the Chinese territorial sovereignty security from the perspective.Territory is the most basic physical space to express national sovereignty.It is only from territory that the national sovereignty derives its physical basis.In the context of globalization,the traditional national territorial sovereignty space is continually squeezed and limited,but the national territorial sovereignty is still the cornerstone of international relations.And the inviolability of national territorial sovereignty is still the most important principle of modern international law.In this regard,the primary goal of Chinese national security today is still to safeguard the unity,integrity and security of China's territorial sovereignty.At the present,the integrity,unity and security of Chinese national territorial sovereignty have yet to be achieved strategically.As one of China's basic national conditions,it should be envisaged and paid adequate attentions.With a view to the overall strategy and the China's fundamental and long-term interests,Chinese government should fully seize and utilize favorable occasion of the domestic and international environment changing,so-called strategic skylight period,to seek settlement of the border issues with the adjacent countries by a peaceful and diplomatic way,and to effectively safeguard China's territorial integrity,unity and security.
