Abstract

Field experiment was carried out to research soil temperature profile distribution affected by surface irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, and drip irrigation. Results showed that soil temperature in the surface under sprinkler and drip irrigation were lower than that under surface irrigation, and temperature variance was small.Caused by the high frequency irrigation, the lowest temperature appeared under drip irrigation. The highest temperature was showed at 20 cm depth.Soil temperature distribution showed the S form pattern.Soil temperature under sprinkler irrigation was lower than that under surface irrigation, showed the exponential distribution pattern by the deletion of values in the surface.Temperature distribution showed the exponential distribution pattern under the surface irrigation.Research on soil temperature profile distribution pattern under different irrigation methods was help to analyze the growth of plant caused by irrigation methods.
