Abstract

The experience in constructing ideology,modernization,strengthening ruling capacity,and training cadres is the concentrated reflection of Chinese Communist Party's ruling experience,which requires a combination of the Party's ideology with China's characteristics,a combination of the Party's construction with China's modernization,a combination of the Party's ruling capacity with a scientific view,and a combination of the Party's cadre training with the construction of a Party of learning-style.
