Abstract

The best treat concentration of paclobutrazol that used in the petunia plug seedlings was investigated. The results showed that the 20.0 mg/L paclutrazol treatment was the best.Compared with the control, the height of the best treatment was re-duced by 68%,the leaf number increased by 16%,the top root ratio improved by 70%,and the activity of root enhanced by 143%.
