Abstract

There are reach intension and extension in the concept of police service.The narrow sense of Police service is as police job which is an interpreter theory of police subject;police service is as a control function of social regulation,which extends the possibility to develop the modern police service in social construction.The developed or undevelopment of the modern police service in social construction depends actually on the perfect of private police service market and system of auxiliary police.
