Abstract

The law and sports are the two fields of human life,is also an important cultural phenomenon.It is the common problem that how to reveal the deep social foundation and internal system of the relationship between the law and sports from the angle of basic concept and value,which provides basic theoretical guidance for building harmonious sports law.This paper comparatively discusses the common or similar points of the constitutive elements,running mode and thought pattern between the law and sports,and analyzes the different aspects of the value choice,rule types and dispute solution mechanism between them.The author expects to strengthen the communication between them and promote the process of ruling sports by law.
